Option 1: E-Hailing (Most Convenient)
E-hailing is highly recommended, especially if guests have luggage. The major apps operating in the area are Grab, AirAsia Move, and InDrive.
- Drop-off Location: Search for "The Two by Nakza Stays, Tranquil Suites Putrajaya" in the app.
- From KLIA / KLIA2: It takes about 30–35 minutes via the highway.
- From Kuala Lumpur City Centre (KLCC): It takes about 30–40 minutes depending on traffic.
- Arrival Instruction: Remind guests to ask the driver to drop them off at the main guardhouse or the designated visitor lobby for Block A2 (where your unit is located) to pick up their keys.
Option 2: Public Transport (Rail + Bus/Grab)
Putrajaya is exceptionally well-connected via rail systems. Guests can take a train to the central hub, Putrajaya Sentral, and complete the final leg from there.
Step 1: Reach Putrajaya Sentral
- From KLIA/KLIA2 or KL Sentral: Take the KLIA Transit (ERL) directly to Putrajaya Sentral. It takes under 20 minutes from either direction.
- From Kuala Lumpur / Klang Valley: Take the MRT Putrajaya Line (PYL) directly to the Putrajaya Sentral MRT station.
Step 2: From Putrajaya Sentral to Dwiputra Residences (~5.2 km)
Once guests land at Putrajaya Sentral, they have two simple ways to cover the remaining distance to Presint 15:
- By E-Hailing (Recommended): Grab a car from the station's designated e-hailing pickup point. It is only a quick 8 to 10-minute drive to the residence.
- By MRT Feeder Bus: Take the MRT Feeder Bus towards the Alamanda / Presint 15 area. The nearest major drop-off point is near Alamanda Shopping Mall, which is about a 10 to 12-minute walk (or a very short, cheap Grab ride) away from Dwiputra Residences.

Payment Schedule
50% of the total amount is due at time of reservation.
The remaining amount is to be paid 3 days before arrival.
Cancellation Policy
All paid prepayments are non-refundable.
Security deposit
A pre-authorization of €43 is held on 1 days before arrival and voided on 2 days after departure

Standard Occupancy: Rates shown are for up to 6 guests. A small additional fee applies for each extra guest up to our maximum capacity of 8 guests.
Inclusions: Rates are inclusive of basic utilities (water and electricity), high-speed Wi-Fi, and access to residence facilities (swimming pool & gym).
Security Deposit: A fully refundable security deposit is required prior to check-in to cover any incidental damages.
Cleaning Fee: A one-time cleaning fee is applied per stay to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness upon your arrival.
