By Car (Recommended)

• From Kuala Lumpur: Take the East Coast Expressway (LPT) towards Kuantan. Exit at the Kuantan Toll Plaza, merge onto Route 3 (Jalan Pintasan Kuantan) towards Chukai/Terengganu, and follow signs for Pantai Balok. Timurbay Seafront Residence is located directly along the main coastal road (Jalan Beserah/Jalan Sungai Karang).
• From Kuantan City Center: Drive northeast along Jalan Beserah / Route 3 toward Balok Beach for about 15–20 minutes. The residence will be on your right, directly facing the seafront.

By Air

• Fly into Sultan Ahmad Shah Airport (KUA) in Kuantan.
• The residence is approximately a 25-to-30-minute drive from the airport. Grab ride-hailing services and local taxis are readily available at the arrivals terminal.

By Express Bus

• Board an express bus to Terminal Sentral Kuantan (TSK).
• From the bus terminal, take a Grab or taxi directly to Timurbay Seafront Residence (roughly a 20-minute drive).

Arrival & Parking

• Search for "Timurbay Seafront Residence" on Waze or Google Maps for direct turn-by-turn navigation.
• Drive up to the main security guardhouse at the entrance to register. Free allocated resident/visitor parking is provided on-site.
